仕事内容Job Description	入社後は、ビジネスマナーやIT基礎を学ぶ研修からスタートします。その後、社内案件に参画し、テストや簡単な改修業務を通じて実務経験を積んでいきます。研修後は、あなたの希望や適性に合わせてプロジェクトを決定し、先輩社員とともにテスト業務やシステム運用・監視などからスタートします。サポートを受けながら段階的にスキルを身につけ、実務経験を積みながらステップアップしていきます。その後は、開発やインフラ構築など、より専門的な業務にも挑戦していきます。 ━━プロジェクト例━━ Webアプリの開発（Java、Python、Reactなど）クラウド（AWS・Azure）環境の構築・運用ネットワークやサーバーの保守・監視大手企業向け業務システムの開発・テスト　など（After the training, we will assign you to a project based on your preferences and aptitude, and you will start by working alongside senior employees on tasks such as testing, system operation, and monitoring. With their support, you will gradually acquire new skills and advance in your role as you gain practical experience.
