大きく分けて、【電気設備工事（でんきせつびこうじ）】と【電力工事（でんりょくこうじ）】があります。
【電気設備工事】は、スーパーや病院などの建物の電気工事をします。
照明やコンセントなどを設置するため、設計図をつくり、工事をします。
【電力工事】は、送配電の建設や鉄塔の建て替え、メンテナンスなどの送電設備工事や管理をします。（We work in the field of electricity, which is indispensable to our daily lives. Our main areas are electrical facility construction and power line construction.

電気設備設計・CADオペレーター／電気工事をするための設計図をつくる仕事です。CADという専門のソフトを利用します。（Electrical Equipment Designer / CAD Operator: This job involves creating blueprints for electrical construction using specialized software called CAD.）

第二種電気工事士の資格を持っている方は歓迎します。入社後は自動車の運転免許が必要になることがあります（要相談）。（We welcome candidates who hold a Type 2 Electrician (Second-Class Electrical Worker) license. After joining, a driver's license may be required depending on the job (to be discussed).）

特にありません。パソコンでCADの操作をしたことがある方、デザインソフトを使ったことがある方は歓迎します。（No specific requirements. However, candidates with experience operating CAD software or using design software on a computer are especially welcome.）

CADソフトを使用して、電気設備の設計図をつくることです。入社後は、研修をうけながら仕事を覚えてもらいます。
「1年目」
・４か月間の研修をうけてもらいます。まずは仕事に慣れてもらうことが目標です。
・図面を見て、コンセントや照明の位置を理解してもらいます。
・CADソフトの操作をマスターしてもらいます。
・電気工事のルールや法律を勉強してもらいます。
・第二種電気工事士という資格の勉強をしてもらいます。
　資格をとるための費用は会社が負担します。

「2年～4年目くらい」
・指導を受けながら、CADソフトを使用して設計業務をします。
・分からないことがあれば、周りの人に相談しながら仕事をすすめます。
・仕事になれてきたら、自分で考えながら設計をしてもらいます。
・同じ部署のメンバーが困っていたら、声をかけてサポートすることもお願いします。
・2級電気設備施工管理技士や第一種電気工事士の資格をめざしてもらいます。

「5年目以降」
・指導がなくても、CADソフトを使用して設計業務ができることを目標とします。
・上司と一緒に打ち合わせに参加してもらいます。打ち合わせに慣れてきたら、お客様へ図面の説明をしたり、希望を聞いたりしてもらいます。
・同じ部署のメンバーや後輩の指導をお願いします。（Using CAD software, you will create electrical equipment design drawings. After joining, you will learn the job while undergoing training.

"First Year"
- You will receive four months of training. The main goal is to get used to the job.
- You will learn to read drawings and understand the locations of outlets and lighting.
- You will master the operation of CAD software.
- You will study the rules and laws related to electrical work.
- You will prepare for the Type 2 Electrician (Second-Class Electrical Worker) license exam. The company will cover the cost of obtaining this qualification.

"Second to Around Fourth Year"
- While receiving guidance, you will perform design work using CAD software.
- If you have questions, you will consult with others as you work.
- Once you are comfortable with the job, you will start designing independently.
- You may also be asked to help and support team members in your department when needed.
- You will work toward acquiring additional certifications such as the Class 2 Electrical Construction Management Engineer and the Type 1 Electrician (First-Class Electrical Worker).

"After the Fifth Year"
- The goal is to be able to handle design tasks with CAD software independently, even without guidance.
- You will participate in meetings with your supervisor. After becoming comfortable with meetings, you will explain drawings to clients and listen to their requests.
- You will also be responsible for guiding junior staff and other team members.）
