Matex develops and manufactures planetary gear reducers, essential for robots, vehicles, and industrial machinery. We also handle the entire process from design to mass production of plastic injection-molded products. Our strength lies in our ability to provide optimal service to our customers by leveraging our know-how in both reducers and plastics. We are now seeking new team members in our design and development division. This role offers the chance to create value while working closely with the production dept. 仕事内容Job Description

産業機械、自動車・モビリティ、電機、防衛・宇宙などの分野で使用される製品の設計・開発業務（構想設計〜量産）
【主な業務内容】・お客様や関連部署と打合せをしながら、製品を設計し、図面を作成する
・試作品の組立と調整を行い、性能を評価し、改善点を検討する
・量産用の金型や治具の仕様調整や、量産工程の装置・治具の設計
入社後は、機械・機構（例：歯車機構、動力伝達部品、機構部品など）への理解を深めるところからスタートし、業務の幅を広げていきます。（Design and Development of Products Used in Industrial Machinery, Automotive/Mobility, Electronics, and Defense/Space (from Conceptual Design to Mass Production)
＜Main Responsibilities＞
・Collaborate with clients and related departments to design products and create technical drawings
・Assemble and adjust prototypes, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement
・Define specifications for mass-production molds and jigs, and design equipment and fixtures for production processes
