・営業
『液面制御機器』など、船舶や工場で使用される機械製品を扱う既存顧客向けの営業です。
電話やメール、訪問などでお客様のニーズを確認し、製品の提案や見積作成、納期調整などを行います。
社内の生産・技術部門と連携しながら、お客様の依頼や課題に対応するルート営業です。

・技術開発
主な業務は、製品の図面作成や製造スケジュールの管理をはじめ、製品の開発・改良、修理・メンテナンスなどです。また、船級に関する技術的な対応として、各種試験や検査への対応も担当していただきます。製品の品質・性能向上を図りながら、設計からメンテナンスまで幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

・生産管理
主な業務は、生産・出荷スケジュールの管理、製品や部品の組立・検査、仕入・在庫管理などです。また、仕入先の開拓や原価低減、生産現場の改善活動にも携わっていただきます。さらに、製品の修理・メンテナンスなど、製造から出荷後の対応まで幅広い業務を担当していただきます。（・Sales
You will be responsible for sales to existing customers, handling mechanical products such as “liquid level control equipment” used on ships and in factories.
Your main duties include communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, and coordinating delivery schedules.
You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to respond to customer requests and solve their problems.

・Technical Development
The main responsibilities include creating product drawings, product development and improvement, as well as repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for technical support related to classification societies, including various tests and inspections. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks from design and development to maintenance, while contributing to the improvement of product quality and performance.

・Production Control
The main responsibilities include managing production and shipping schedules, as well as assembling and inspecting products and parts. You will also be responsible for purchasing and inventory management, developing new suppliers, and working on cost reduction initiatives. In addition, you will be involved in improving production processes and handling product repairs and maintenance, covering a wide range of tasks from manufacturing to after-sales support.）
