仕事内容Job Description	①金型試作・修正業務、原材料の配合及びカスタマイズ業務、新規設備導入及び設備設計・企画などがあり、本人の希望と適性を考慮し決定します。将来的には、技能者として、現地法人（ベトナム・タイ）の技術スタッフもしくは、セールスエンジニアとしての活躍を期待いたします。 ②日常会計処理、請求・支払、経費精算、月次締めに必要な資料作成と社内確認対応、総務・労務関連などがあります。将来的にはFRAの事業拡大に伴う管理会計、原価管理、グループ会社との会計連携など、管理部門の高度化を支える役割を担っていただくことを期待いたします。（① Responsibilities include mold prototyping and modification, raw material formulation and customization, and the introduction, design, and planning of new equipment. Assignments will be determined based on the individual’s preferences and aptitude. In the future, we expect you to play an active role as a skilled technician, either as a technical staff member at our local subsidiaries (in Vietnam and Thailand) or as a sales engineer. ② Responsibilities include daily accounting tasks, invoicing and payments, expense reimbursement, preparing documents and handling internal verification for monthly closings, as well as general affairs and labor-related duties. In the future, we expect you to play a role in supporting the advancement of the administrative department—including management accounting, cost management, and accounting coordination with group companies—as FRA expands its business.）
