【機械設計職】
環境計測機器の機械設計を担当します。新製品の開発テーマに基づく設計から、既存製品をお客様の仕様や設置環境に合わせて変更するカスタマイズ設計まで、幅広い案件に携わります。部品の選定、構造検討、図面作成、試作・評価、製造部門との調整など、製品が形になるまで一連の工程に関わる仕事です。一品一様の案件も多く、自ら考えた設計が実際の製品として環境保全の現場で活用されるやりがいがあります。
【電気設計職】
水質・大気・排ガスなどを測定する環境計測機器の電気設計を担当します。標準製品をベースに、お客様の測定条件や設置環境に合わせた仕様変更・カスタマイズを行い、装置内部の構成検討、電気回路・配線設計、使用する電気部品の選定などを進めます。営業・機械設計・ソフトウェア設計・製造部門と連携しながら、一つの装置を完成させていく仕事です。案件ごとに異なる課題に向き合うため、電気の知識を活かしながら設計力を高められます。
【ソフトウェア設計職】
環境計測機器を制御するソフトウェアの設計・開発を担当します。既存製品の機能追加や改良、お客様の仕様に合わせたカスタマイズに加え、新製品のソフトウェア開発にも携わります。計測機器の動作制御、測定データの処理、画面表示や外部機器との通信など、ハードウェアと密接に関わる開発が特徴です。機械・電気設計の担当者と連携し、自分が開発したプログラムによって実際の装置が動くところまで確認できる仕事です。
【研究開発職】
次世代の環境計測機器や新たな測定技術につながる研究開発を担当します。水質・大気などの環境計測分野を中心に、新しい測定原理や技術の調査、要素技術の検討、実験、試作、性能評価を行い、製品化につなげていきます。また、既存技術の高度化や新たな市場ニーズに対応した技術開発にも取り組みます。研究だけで終わるのではなく、設計・営業・製造などの各部門と連携しながら、自らのアイデアや技術を実際の製品として社会に届けられる仕事です。
【海外営業】
海外の販売代理店や顧客に向けて、環境計測機器の提案・販売を行います。市場や顧客ニーズの情報収集、製品提案、見積・商談、受注後の社内調整、販売代理店への営業・技術支援などを担当します。アナテック・ヤナコは韓国をはじめアジア各国への納入実績があり、2025年にはインド法人を設立するなど海外事業を拡大しています。 国内の技術部門と海外の顧客・パートナーをつなぎ、日本の環境計測技術を世界へ広げていく役割です。新しい市場を自ら開拓していく面白さがあります。（【Mechanical Design Engineer】

【Electrical Design Engineer】
You will design electrical systems for instruments that measure water quality, air, and exhaust gases. Based on standard products, you will customize specifications according to customer requirements and operating environments. Your responsibilities will include electrical circuit and wiring design, internal system configuration, and component selection. You will work closely with mechanical, software, sales, and manufacturing teams to develop complete measurement systems.
【Software Engineer】
You will develop software used to control and operate environmental monitoring instruments. Your responsibilities will include improving existing products, adding new functions, customizing software for customer requirements, and developing software for new products. You may work on instrument control, data processing, user interfaces, and communication with external devices. By collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical engineers, you can see how your software directly controls real-world equipment.
【Research & Development Engineer】
You will conduct research and development for next-generation environmental monitoring instruments and measurement technologies. Your work will include researching new measurement principles, evaluating technologies, conducting experiments, developing prototypes, and testing performance. You will also improve existing technologies and develop solutions for emerging market needs. Working with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams, you will have the opportunity to turn new ideas and technologies into products that contribute to solving environmental challenges.
【Overseas Sales】
You will promote and sell environmental monitoring instruments to overseas distributors and customers. Responsibilities include market research, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting negotiations, coordinating internally after receiving orders, and providing sales and technical support to distributors. As Anatec Yanaco continues to expand its business across Asia, including through its Indian subsidiary established in 2025, you will play an important role in connecting our technology with global markets and developing new business opportunities.）

【電気設計職】

【ソフトウェア設計職】
