We operate a local subsidiary in Jiangsu Province, China, and aim to foster talent in Japan who will eventually take on managerial roles at the local site. Through this initiative, we seek to promote mutual corporate growth between Japan and China.
Our company manufactures large components for industrial and construction machinery, and we are actively advancing automation in our production processes—exemplified by our proprietary production lines.
As part of our commitment to global talent development, we currently employ 40 foreign staff members through Japan’s Technical Intern Training and Specified Skilled Worker programs.
