仕事内容Job Description	警備スタッフのマネジメントや現場の警備計画の立案、クライアント企業へ課題解決に向けた提案などをお任せします。担当する案件やクライアントは様々！大型イベント警備の案件もあり、イベントが安全に行われるよう裏側でサポートしています。 ■案件事例：（青島太平洋マラソン・みやざきシーサイド芸術花火・新田原基地エアフェスタ）など。イベントの成功に向けて我々も伴走しています。 ※募集は現場で警備をする仕事ではなく、警備スタッフをまとめ、配置を考え、教育・管理する“運営側”のポジションです。 ■具体的には・運営スタッフのマネジメント・売上管理・クライアント対応・ソリューション営業（You'll be in charge of managing security staff, planning security measures on-site, and making proposals to client companies to help solve their problems. The projects and clients you'll handle are diverse! There are also large-scale event security projects, where we support behind the scenes to make sure events run safely. ■ Example projects: (Aoshima Pacific Marathon, Miyazaki Seaside Art Fireworks, Nyutabaru Air Base Air Festa). We run alongside events to ensure their success. *Please note, this role is not about working on the ground as security.
