| 仕事内容Job Description | 建築施工管理としてまず取り組むのは、原価・品質・工期・安全・環境などの施工管理全般です。具体的には、現場での墨出しや高さ出し、写真撮影、図面との照合、図面がない場合には必要に応じて作図を行い、位置や高さを決めたり現場で指示を出したりします。問題があれば修正対応も行います。また、工程表を作成し、職人や材料の手配を行うほか、お客様との打ち合わせや仕様決定のサポートも担当します。（As a construction manager for architectural projects, you will first be involved in overall construction management, including cost, quality, schedule, safety, and environmental management. Specifically, your tasks will include layout marking and height measurement on site, taking photos, comparing progress with drawings, and creating drawings when none exist. You will also determine positions and heights, give instructions on site, and correct any problems that arise. In addition, you will prepare construction schedules, arrange for workers and materials, and support client meetings and decisions regarding project specifications.） |
